Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept card payments. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you can give us your card information over the phone or send it to us by post.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
After you have entered your UK address, the following flat rate postage shall be added to your shopping cart:
- Orders upto £25 will be sent 1st class at a cost of £4.50 per order
- Orders over £25 will be sent by next day carrier (excl. Sat. and Sun.) at a cost of £7.95 per order
NOTE: Postage is more expensive than above for customers living in the areas listed below:

If you want a quote for postage before we send your order then please request this at time of ordering. We can then contact you with the postage cost for your order and you can decide to continue with the order or cancel.
Customers can request Royal Mail Special Delivery and Saturday Guaranteed, at extra cost.
Customers Outside The UK
All customers outside the UK will be charged shipping at cost. We ship Standard delivery unless you specify Express delivery. If you want a quote for shipping before we send your order then please request this at time of ordering.
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be phoned or emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. In many cases our customers require everything on the order. Therfore, we do not ship an order to you unless we can supply everything on the order. If you instruct us otherwise then we will ship part orders as per your instructions.
For all customers in the UK, 20% VAT is add to orders.
Customers Outside The UK
For all customers outside the UK:
1) No VAT is added to orders.
2) You may have to pay your own countries VAT and/or import taxes.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card and debit card numbers are encrypted. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer at our secure store. They are not held in clear text on any website.

The company only accepts claims by you that are based on a defect in quality or condition of a product or its failure to correspond with the description given in this online shop. Any such claim must be notified to the company wiithin 21 days of purchase. In the event that a fault is accepted by the company the product will be replaced free of charge, subject to availability and provided the product has been returned reasonably packed within 21 days.
